  • Payment via Tamara is allowed only for amounts related to administrative fees.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • The client can split the full invoice amount into 2 <\/span>or 3 <\/span>or 4 <\/span>installments when paying via Tamara.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • The invoice amount must be at least 1,000.00 <\/span>SAR and not exceed 5,000.00 <\/span>SAR, depending on the client\u2019s credit history.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Products purchased via Tamara cannot be refunded by Ocean Saudi Arabia; returns are handled exclusively through Tamara.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Ocean Saudi Arabia\u2019s return and exchange policy applies to purchases made using Tamara.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Ocean Saudi Arabia is not responsible for any obligations or claims related to the client\u2019s Tamara account or payments via the Tamara app. <\/span>For technical issues with the Tamara app or website, please contact Tamara\u2019s customer service team.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • An administrative fee of 1% 1% <\/span>of the total invoice applies when choosing installment payments of 4 <\/span>or more, while no fee is added for 2- or 3 <\/span>installment plans..<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Administrative fees are applied when paying on the Tamara website or app.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Administrative fees can be fully refunded if the order is canceled or fully returned, and partially refunded for partial cancellations or returns.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
