  • The consumer agrees that in the event of violating this provision, they shall bear the consequences of such violation before any third parties.

  • The website may provide additional services, such as after-sales services or other related services, depending on the nature and type of the service or product requested by the consumer.

Article Four – Usage Guidelines

  • The consumer is obligated to use the website’s online platform in accordance with public morals and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • When purchasing a service or product from this website, the consumer is obligated not to use such service or product in a manner that violates public morals or the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 

Article Five – Accounts and Registration Obligations

Article Seven – Amendments to the Usage Agreement and Fees

  • If any provision or clause in this agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, such an event shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, rules, and terms of this agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the website administration.
  • This agreement—which may be amended from time to time as necessary—constitutes the framework for operation, understanding, and agreement between the client and the website

  • The website is committed to providing invoices, payment receipts, and acknowledgment receipts for all amounts and profits generated in its store, and is obliged to issue the consumer a final invoice for all their purchases of services or products.

Article Nine – Intellectual Property

  •  The intellectual property rights of the website are fully owned by Ocean Saudi Arabia, whether these rights were acquired before or after the establishment of this website.
  • The client or consumer must respect the intellectual property rights of the website, including the website’s name, words, logos, and other symbols associated with or displayed on the website, as all rights associated with the website’s name are fully owned intellectual property of the store.

Article Ten – Website Responsibility

  • The website is committed to conducting its business through Ocean Saudi Arabia in a lawful manner, in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of this agreement.
  • The website shall not be held liable for any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether direct, indirect, incidental, caused by the client/consumer, or by any third party.
  • “Ocean Saudi Arabia,” its staff, owners, and representatives are committed to ensuring that the product or service is safe, lawful, and authorized in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that it is used for legitimate purposes. 

Article Eleven – Access and Membership Restrictions

The store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict the consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, and without specification.

 Article Twelve – Governing Law and Applicable Regulations

This usage agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is fully subject to the applicable rules enforced by the authorities in the Kingdom.

Article Thirteen – General Provisions 

If any provision or clause in this usage agreement is canceled or becomes invalid, such an event shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, clauses, and terms of the agreement, which shall remain in effect until further notice from the website administration.

This usage agreement—which may be amended from time to time as necessary—constitutes the framework for usage, operation, understanding, and contracting between the website and the consumer. Both parties to this agreement also agree to take into consideration the following:

  • The Arabic language shall be the official language used for interpreting the provisions of this agreement.
  • All prices displayed for the website’s services or products may be adjusted from time to time according to market fluctuations.
  • Any promotional or marketing offers provided by the website are temporary, and the store reserves the right to modify or discontinue these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
  • The parties to this agreement are obligated to conduct their dealings in a manner that does not violate Sharia rules, applicable laws, and regulations relevant to the nature of the interaction between the website and the consumer.
  • This usage agreement can only be terminated by a decision issued by the website administration.
