In Ocean Saudi, we understand that every order reflects the unique taste and needs of our customers. Since made-to-order products are crafted specifically for each client, we follow clear policies to ensure your satisfaction and deliver high-quality service, while adhering to best practices in protecting customer rights.
Modifications & Corrections
- We provide our customers with the opportunity to request modifications or corrections to made-to-order products before manufacturing begins and before they are shipped from China.
- Please contact us within one day (24 hours only) from the order confirmation date to make any necessary changes.
- No modifications will be accepted after this period or once the manufacturing or shipping process has begun, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Order Review
- Customers are required to review and confirm the final design and details before production begins.
- It is recommended to carefully review all details to ensure the product meets expectations.
- Any changes after final approval may incur additional costs or cause delays in delivery, depending on the case.
No Returns or Exchanges
- Due to the nature of made-to-order products being customized specifically, we do not accept return or exchange requests once production or shipping has begun.
- We recommend that customers specify their orders clearly and accurately to ensure complete satisfaction with the final product.
Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel their order before production begins and will receive a full refund, minus any applicable administrative or cancellation fees (if any).
- Once manufacturing or shipping has started, the order can no longer be canceled, and the No Returns or Exchanges policy will apply.
Quality & Assurance Policy
- Ocean Saudi is committed to ensuring the quality of its products and verifying that they match the agreed-upon specifications and designs.
- If there are any manufacturing defects in the product upon receipt, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to submit a claim to the main supplier.
Customer Responsibility
- The customer is required to provide all accurate information and details when placing an order and to ensure their correctness before confirming the order.
- The customer is responsible for specifying the correct requirements, as modifications after production begins will be limited or not possible, and we will not be able to refund any amounts paid for the order.
Delivery & Shipping Policies
- We work with top international shipping companies and carriers to ensure that products are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
- Please review our shipping and delivery policy to learn about delivery times and costs. Any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control—such as weather conditions or customs processes—are not the responsibility of Ocean, and no claims for refunds will be accepted.

- Ocean Saudi reserves the right to modify or update the return and exchange policies at any time, with prior notice to customers through official communication channels.
